Founded in 2015, we offer our clients a full range of Power of Attorney(s), Will writing services, and Inheritance Tax Planning (IHT) services. For businesses of all sizes, we also provide Strategic Planning and company restructuring services.
Our client base includes individuals, companies, partnerships, and sole traders. We also have many clients for whom we act in a personal capacity, preparing inheritance tax planning reports. Several clients are from within the local community, but we act for businesses and individuals across the country and pride ourselves on the diverse range of industries that utilise our services.
We treat all our clients with equal importance and aim to respond to any enquiry as soon as possible. We believe good communication is essential to any relationship, particularly as we are a bilingual firm, thus allowing our foreign-born clients to converse with us fluently.

Our Team
Shahnawaz has served in numerous positions including a team member in a Strategic Planning firm of accountants, before becoming a team leader in a firm of Chartered Accountants. He has over 25 years of Accountancy and taxation experience and has helped to build several businesses.
Shahnawaz is based in London. He is a director and a partner to two thriving businesses.
A detail-oriented and innovative professional with strong expertise in visual communication and brand presentation. Skilled in delivering high-quality design solutions that enhance corporate identity and client engagement across digital and print platforms. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk software, with a solid foundation in marketing, production, and education sectors. Holds a Master of Arts from a reputable University and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, creativity, and precision in all projects.
Known for professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to excellence, Farah has worked with international brands including Kuwait Airways, PIA, LensCrafters, and Godiva Chocolate. A proven ability to manage diverse responsibilities, support senior management, and deliver exceptional customer experiences underpins their professional approach.
Outside of work, interests include travel, exploring different cultures, and staying informed through documentaries and current affairs.
